TERMS OF THE SERVICE GRANTED

The user is solely responsible to provide valid and accurate information needed to complete PGT-orders.

The user is solely responsible for all payments, even if the instructions provided by user are incorrect.

Users must be aware that transfer of Digital Gold Currency into wrong Digital Gold Currency accounts due to wrong account numbers given by the user are not reversible. We have no powers to retrieve Digital Gold Currency placed in another user's account. You simply must give us the correct account number to prevent this from happening.

PGT orders are binding contracts between the user and PGT and will be honoured by the user. Payment must be good funds of the exact amount specified in the user's order, net of all fees.

If the user fails to remit good funds of the exact amount specified in the user's order, net of all fees, PGT, at its sole discretion, may reduce the PGT order to the amount of funds received.

If the user remits more than the amount of good funds necessary to fulfill their order, net of all fees, then PGT, at its sole discretion, may:

(i) adjust the users order to the exact amount of funds received,
(ii) enter a new order for the amount of the excess funds received at the exchange rate at the time of the entry of the new order.

Payment may not be counterfeit or otherwise fraudulent. The user agrees that any attempt to remit fraudulent funds will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law and the notification of the general public of user's actions via posting on the PGT website, public and private discussion boards or by any other means, at PGT's discretion.

Payments are final and not reversible except as provided in this Agreement.

Any tax consequences of PGT orders and/or transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.

The Digital Gold Currency payment to the Digital Gold Currency account nominated by the user in their order will occur, subject to availability, within 48 hours of the funds being fully cleared and received to the satisfaction of PGT.

PGT oders to buy any digital gold currency can only be accepted in these currencies:
- USD for money orders, checks, banker's drafts and traveler cheques. All PBI must be drawn on a US-bank.
- EUR, CHF are only accepted if mailed in as cash.

We reserve the right to refuse service to particular individuals or entities, at our sole discretion, with or without cause. No correspondence will be entered into.

We reserve the right to report any fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.

Users/Members must supply a valid email address and preferrably a back up email address.

This service is independently operated and is neither endorsed by nor affiliated with e-gold Ltd, Omnipay, G&SR, GoldMoney, e-Bullion, Pecunix, 1stdigibank or 1mdc. In the event of any questions about this service and/or your order, you should contact us directly at xadmin@privategoldtrader.com. Please do not contact e-gold Ltd, Omnipay, G&SR, GoldMoney e-Bullion, Pecunix, 1stdigibank or 1mdc about this order, as they will not be able to help you with any issue relating to this service.

All transactions into or out of or between accounts of Digital Gold Currency operators shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions of those operators as outlined on their respective web sites.

Force Majeur. PGT will not be responsible for delays or failures in the transmission, receipt or execution of orders, remittances, payments, or information due to events or systems beyond its control. The obligations of this contract precede any government enactment. PGT, it's owners, employees, agents or affiliates will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from any event or system beyond its control.

PGT will not fulfil any exchange transactions ordered by the user if the user uses, or attempts to use the PGT serrvice in connection with tampering, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of the PGT exchange services. Additionally, the user will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where available and the notification of the general public of the user's actions, at the sole discretion of PGT.

The user is solely completely responsible for the Digital Gold Currency account given in any order to PGT and the contents and disposal of contents thereof. PGT will not be held responsible for the use or disposal of the value or contents of any Digital Gold Currency account. This especially includes investment programs. We are not affiliated to, nor do we endorse investment programs. If our banner or link appears on any such program this is merely an advertisement of our services. We stress the danger involved in any such programs and suggest extreme caution before spending any amount of Digital Gold Currency.

PGT does not operate it's own investment program.
